All prices mentioned are inclusive taxes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, based on product availability and market fluctuations.
3.Payment
100% advance is required at the time of booking, balance before dispatch/delivery.
Payments are accepted via [UPI / Bank Transfer].
Orders will be processed only after receiving the payment.
4.Packaging & Branding
Standard Ribbon & Reveal branding is included.
Personalised branding/monogramming is available at an additional charge.
Slight variations in packaging/props may occur due to availability.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery charges are additional and vary as per location and order size.
Ribbon & Reveal is not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners.
For outstation orders, we ensure careful packaging but cannot be held liable for transit
damages.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (perishable, customised), returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In case of any product damage/shortage, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
7. Bulk & Corporate Orders
Rates may vary for large quantities depending on product availability and lead time.
Advance booking is recommended during festive seasons to avoid last-minute unavailability.
8. Storage Instructions
Edible items should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For best taste and freshness, please consume within the recommended shelf life mentioned on the packaging.
9. Allergen Disclaimer
Hampers may contain products with nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or other allergens.

10. Lead Time
Standard orders require a minimum of 7–10 working days for preparation.
Larger or customised orders may require additional time depending on complexity and volume.
11. Festive Rush Policy
During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, etc.), timelines may vary due to high demand.
Last-minute orders are subject to product availability and cannot be guaranteed.
